Hermetic M12
These connectors are miniature threaded, hermetically sealed connectors that are designed to meet and exceed the mechanical and environmental requirements IEC-61076-2-101 with fixed pin contacts, fused into a glass dielectric insert.
- The shell mounting configuration for the Square Flange and Jam Nut is interchangeable with that of MIL-DTL-26482, shell size 8
- Receptacle types available: Square flange, Jam Nut, Round flange, Through flange, bespoke design flange
- Contact terminations available: Eyelet, Solder bucket, Round, PCB contacts as well as female contacts (at request)
- Designed to exceed IP68 in an unmated state
Hermetic 26482 Series I and II
These miniature circular hermetic connectors offer twice the number of contacts in just half the size of as standard connector. They feature robust bayonet locking mechanism and are intermatable.
- PT series and 62GB series offered under 26482 Series I specifications, with temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
- 602GB series offered under 26482 Series II specifications, with temperature range from -65°C to 200°C
- Shell style for both series available: Square flange, Jam Nut or Solder Mount, alternatively also available as bespoke design flange
- Contact terminations available: Eyelet, Solder bucket, alternatively other non-standard pin termination also available at request
Hermetic MIL-C-5015
Martec’s 172GB series are hermetically sealed connectors which are designed to meet the mechanical and environmental requirements of MIL-C-5015. These connectors are available as receptacles which fixed pin contacts which are fused into a glass dielectric insert. This insert is in the form of a single piece glass giving improved dielectric performance over individual bead insert designs.
- Available with mild or stainless steel housing
- Temperature range for mild steel housing from -55°C to 125°C and for stainless steel housing from -55°C to 200°C
- Contact terminations available: Eyelet, Solder bucket, alternatively other non-standard pin termination also available at request
- Thermocouple contacts in Alumel and Chromel also available on a limited number of inserts
